Tofu and Smoked Salmon Salad with Basil Pesto

This dish is an Italian-style salad with an olive oil dressing featuring basil and lemon flavors, and also you can add zucchini, tomatoes, and other vegetables of your choice.
Ingredients(for two persons)
3 Imuraya Umashi tofu LONG SHELF LIFE 180
40g Smoked salmon
4 Green asparagus
Ingredients (A)
1 teaspoon Genovese basil paste
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 teaspoon Lemon juice
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Preparation
・ Boil asparagus in boiling water and cut into bite-size pieces.(B)
・ Cut the smoked salmon into bite-size pieces.(B)
・ Cut the Umashi tofu into 4 pieces.(B)
