Tofu Mayonnaise Dip

A healthy dipping sauce made by combining drained tofu with mayonnaise and garlic.
It is a perfect match with fresh cut vegetables and crackers, or with hot vegetables and boiled seafood.

Ingredients(for two persons)

2 Imuraya Umashi tofu LONG SHELF LIFE 180

Pinch of Coarse-grained black pepper

One-half Cucumber

One-half Celery

Quarter piece Paprika

Crackers or Grissinis (or own choice)

Ingredients (A)

2 tablespoon Mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon Salt

Pinch of Pepper

2 cloves Finely chopped garlic

Preparation

Remove the Umashi tofu from the cup and to drain on a paper towel for about 5 minutes.

Directions

1.Mash the Umashi tofu on a bowl and mix with Ingredients (A) to make a dipping sauce.
Transfer to a plate and add with coarse-grained black pepper.

2.Cut the stringy celeriac, cucumber and paprika into sticks, place them on a plate with crackers or grissini, and serve with tofu mayonnaise dip.
