Pork miso soup

Miso soup with a lot of ingredients, popular in Japanese food, is easily arranged using Choy Sum. Add your favorite vegetables and potatoes to the basic ingredients, tofu and pork.

Ingredients(for two persons)

2 Imuraya Umashi tofu LONG SHELF LIFE 180

50g Thinly sliced pork

60g Choy Sum

40g Carrot

Ingredients (A)

1/2 teaspoon Bonito Soup Stock

500ml Water

1 tablespoon Miso

2 teaspoon Salad oil

Pepper with seven kinds of spices (to taste)

Preparation

Pork : Cut into bite-sized or thin pieces(B)

Carrot : Slice diagonally(B)

Choy sum : Cut into 3 cm lengths(B)

Directions

1.Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pork, then add the carrots and choy sum.

2.Add Ingredients (A) to 1. and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low for 2 to 3 minutes

3.Dissolve the miso into it, add the Umashi tofu and bring to a boil.

4.Put into a bowl and season with pepper (seven kinds of spices) to taste.
