Wasabi-chilled tofu and Avocado

This dish is refreshing and can be enjoyed eaten as a salad. The wasabi soy sauce brings out the sweetness of the tofu and avocado.

Ingredients(for two persons)

2 Imuraya Umashi tofu LONG SHELF LIFE 180

1 Avocado

Ingredients (A)

2 teaspoon Chinese soy sauce(Guangdong light meal soy sauce)

1/4 teaspoon of Wasabi (or to taste)

Directions

1.Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, peel and cut into thin half-moons.

2.Put the avocado on a bowl and top with the Umashi tofu, top with more avocado.

3.Mix Ingredients(A)pour over 2., and top with wasabi to taste.
